Elite Dental Clinic’s 3-Day, 2-Night Itinerary
Day 1: Exploring Phong Nha Cave – Immersing in Nature at Blue Diamond Retreat
The group departed from Dong Hoi Airport and headed to Phong Nha Cave, where they took a boat along the Son River before exploring the cave known as the “First Wonder of the Caves.” The journey revealed an underground river system and spectacular formations of stalactites and stalagmites.
After lunch, the group continued to Blue Diamond Retreat, an eco-retreat nestled among the mountains and forests of Phong Nha, designed for nature lovers. After checking into their Jungle Bungalows, guests had time to rest surrounded by greenery, with the crystal-clear blue stream flowing in front of their rooms and the magnificent limestone mountains of Phong Nha rising in the distance.
In the afternoon, team members were free to enjoy kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, cycling and swimming in the stream while taking in the peaceful natural surroundings. In the evening, the group enjoyed a dinner featuring flavorful local dishes from Phong Nha before returning to their bungalows for a restful night in the cool, green surroundings of Blue Diamond Retreat – recharging for an energetic day of teambuilding ahead.
Day 2: Teambuilding in Nature – A Gala Dinner to Bring the Team Together
The Elite Dental Clinic team began their second day to the sound of birdsong and the fresh air of the retreat. From the front of their Jungle Bungalows, the towering limestone mountains of Phong Nha appeared through drifting clouds, while the lush greenery of the surrounding forest embraced Blue Diamond Retreat.
Before embarking on a full day of challenges, everyone enjoyed a relaxed morning. Some took leisurely walks, others cycled around the resort, while some chose to practice yoga outdoors in the open air.
At exactly 9:00 AM, the entire group gathered in the central area and warmed up to energetic music. Then, the “Jungle Trail Connection” teambuilding program officially began.
The Elite Dental Clinic team transformed into a group of “explorers,” trekking through the forest, crossing streams and deciphering clues hidden along the route. More than just a game, the experience became a test of teamwork and determination as the group worked together to overcome a series of challenges.
Designed around the forest trails and streams, the challenges included building towers from stones and transporting a raft across the stream. The final challenge brought some of the biggest laughs of the day: “Cooking Rice in the Wild.” With no gas stoves or modern equipment – just fire, smoke and coordinated teamwork, the teams worked together to cook pots of fragrant, perfectly cooked rice, carrying them to the finish line as their teammates cheered them on.
After an action-packed morning, the group enjoyed a truly special lunch – a picnic by Vuc Tro Lake. Natural light filtered through the surrounding rock formations, while the cool atmosphere of the cave combined with the flavors of the meal to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Several team members described it as the most memorable lunch of the trip.
In the afternoon, everyone was free to choose activities based on their interests, from kayaking along the crystal-clear stream and swimming to cool off, to cycling around the retreat and discovering more of Blue Diamond’s scenic corners.
The day ended with a Gala Dinner and a cozy BBQ dinner surrounded by the mountains and forests of Phong Nha. By the flickering fire and the aroma of grilled food, the group looked back on the day’s journey, sharing stories and memorable moments from their experiences together.
Day 3: Relaxing in Nature – Bringing the Journey to a Close
After two days filled with exciting experiences, the final morning at Blue Diamond Retreat offered the Elite Dental Clinic team a slower and more peaceful rhythm.
The group was divided into smaller groups of 30 guests, who took turns participating in a one-hour sound meditation session surrounded by the mountains and forest. As the sound of the bells blended with the gentle breeze, each participant had a rare moment of stillness to reflect on the journey, relax their minds and recharge before bringing the trip to an end.
