Established in 2018 as a member company of Oxalis, Phong Nha Holiday is headquartered in the heart of the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. With a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City and sales representation in Hanoi, we are well-positioned to serve clients across Vietnam.
We specialize in curating exceptional exploration, leisure, and corporate team-building journeys at premier destinations, including Quang Tri, Ninh Binh, and Cat Tien National Park. Additionally, we directly operate two signature accommodations in Phong Nha: Chay Lap Farmstay – a peaceful countryside escape, and Blue Diamond Retreat – an eco-conscious resort pioneering Net Zero tourism.

Safety
Ensuring the safety of both guests and staff is always a top priority at Phong Nha Holiday. Our safety protocols are carefully developed and strictly implemented to ensure full compliance. All staff members receive regular training in first aid and safety procedures.
For water-based activities, life jackets are mandatory for all guests, and trained rescue staff are always on standby. Team building events in forested or cave areas are supported by a safety team that may include cave experts, guides, safety assistants, and porters, depending on the difficulty level. Travel insurance is included in all tours.
Conservation
Phong Nha Holiday’s services are deeply rooted in a profound respect for nature and indigenous culture. We prioritize sustainable experiences, striving to minimize our environmental footprint to ensure the natural integrity of every destination remains preserved.
